We're building a respectful, fun, and safe community for genuine connections. These guidelines explain what's expected on FilipinaMeet and how we enforce our rules. By using our Service, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use FilipinaMeet. Impersonation, AI-generated faces, deepfakes, and stolen photos are not allowed.

Profile Content & Use

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to register and use the Service.

Profile Accuracy

  • Provide truthful information about yourself.
  • Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent your age or marital status, or otherwise post false or misleading information.

Profile Information Standards

Your profile (name, heading, text, prompts, tags) must not include:

  • Hateful, harassing, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Promotion of violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Solicitation of money, gifts, tips, "allowance," sugar-dating, dowries, or commercial sex.
  • Political campaigning or fundraising.
  • Copyright-infringing materials (music, movies, images, logos, software, literary works, etc.).
  • Personal contact info (phone, email, social handles, QR codes) intended to evade in-app safety tools.

Profile Purpose

  • FilipinaMeet is for genuine dating and relationships.
  • Do not use the platform for recruiting, multi-level marketing, job offers, or lead generation.

Profile Uniqueness & Ownership

  • One account per person per platform. No duplicate accounts.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Do not sell, share, or rent access.

Photos & Media

Photos and videos you upload must be recent, clear, and of you. You must not upload media that:

  • Contains any person other than you (no group shots for main photo; collages may be rejected).
  • Contains nudity, sexually explicit content, or is overly suggestive.
  • Depicts minors or could reasonably be interpreted to include minors.
  • Glorifies violence or illegal activity (including drugs/paraphernalia).
  • Shows contact details, IDs, credit cards, or QR codes.
  • Is AI-generated, heavily edited to mislead, or stolen from others.
  • Violates someone else's intellectual property.

Note: Violations may lead to photo disapproval, content removal, temporary restrictions, or account termination for repeated or severe offenses.

Communication & Conduct

With Other Members (on or off platform)

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or direct hate at anyone.
  • Send unsolicited sexual content or requests.
  • Pressure for intimacy, money, gifts, or off-platform moves.
  • Promote businesses, services, products, or political causes.
  • Attempt to arrange or solicit prostitution or engage in human trafficking (zero tolerance).
  • Contact someone who blocked you or clearly asked you to stop.

We may report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

With Support Staff

  • Be respectful. Abusive or threatening language toward our team may result in immediate termination.

No Communication with Minors

  • Everyone on FilipinaMeet must be 18+.
  • Any inappropriate contact with a minor, or attempts to locate or communicate with minors, will be reported and may result in permanent banning and referral to law enforcement.

Safety & Account Security

Money & Financial Safety

  • Never send money, gift cards, crypto, or transfers to someone you met here.
  • Do not share bank/card numbers, OTPs, or scans of IDs.
  • If solicited for money or financial details, block and report immediately.

Site Security & Access

  • Use a strong, unique password; enable 2FA if available.
  • Do not share your login or allow others to access your account.
  • No bots, scrapers, or automation.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, phishing links, or malicious code.

Dormant Accounts

  • We may disable or remove accounts that are inactive for extended periods.

Prohibited Content & Activities

  • Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or bullying.
  • Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or solicitation of commercial sex.
  • Sextortion or blackmail (e.g., threatening to share intimate images).
  • Scams (romance/investment/crypto), spam, or deceptive practices.
  • Impersonation, deepfakes, AI-generated faces, or stolen photos.
  • Illegal content or activity, including drugs, weapons, or explicit images of any kind.
  • Political campaigning or fundraising.
  • Circumventing safety features (posting contact info to bypass in-app messaging).
  • Violating privacy (sharing someone's private messages or personal info without consent).
  • Copyright/trademark violations.

Reporting, Moderation & Appeals

How to Report

  • Use Report/Block from a profile or chat. Include screenshots and details if you can.
  • You can also contact us through support channels listed in the app/website.

What Happens Next

  • We review reports as quickly as possible.
  • Outcomes may include: content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, feature limits, or permanent account termination.
  • For serious violations (e.g., child safety, trafficking, threats), we may notify law enforcement.

Appeals

  • If action was taken on your account and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit an appeal via the instructions in your notification. Provide clear context and any evidence supporting your case.
  • Repeated or egregious violations are not eligible for reinstatement.

Enforcement Considerations

  • Severity of the violation and member's history.
  • Risk to community safety.
  • Legal obligations and jurisdictional requirements.

Extra Guidance for Locals & Expats in the Philippines

  • Keep first meetings to public, well-known venues (malls, cafés, hotels) with visible security.
  • Use reputable ride-hailing; verify the driver and plate in-app.
  • Respect cultural differences—communicate boundaries, expectations, and pace clearly.
  • Keep passport/visa documents secure; never hand them over to someone you just met.
  • For emergencies in the Philippines, dial 911.

Tips for Safer Use (Quick Reminders)

  • Keep conversations in-app until you're comfortable.
  • Verify via quick video chat before meeting.
  • Never share verification codes or passwords.
  • If you feel pressured, unsafe, or uncomfortable: block, report, and leave.
