Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a paid SlavicMeet subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not immediately remove paid access that you already purchased.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@slavicmeet.app or use our contact page. We will process your cancellation and confirm by email.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to use paid features until that period ends. After the period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you resubscribe.

Renewal Terms

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew each month. Quarterly plans renew every three months.

If you cannot find your subscription or believe you were charged after canceling, contact support@slavicmeet.app with your account email, charge date, plan, and payment method. Do not include full card numbers or passwords.
